Do you have a space in your home you can dedicate to fosters in order to quarantine them before introducing them to the rest of your home? * spare bathroom, playpen, etc. Yes No Are you committed to keeping an open line of communication with the rescue regarding your foster's health and wellbeing? * Yes No Foster agrees and acknowledges that, while Bamm-Bamm's BFF Rescue welcomes any input from Foster on an animal or potential adoptive family, Bamm-Bamm's BFF Rescue has legal title to all animals it places with Foster and that Bamm-Bamm's BFF Rescue shall have the sole discretion to pass title of a Bamm-Bamm's BFF Rescue animal. * I agree Foster agrees and acknowledges that s/he does not own nor does s/he have any legal rights with respect to any animal placed by Bamm-Bamm's BFF Rescue with Foster as a “foster animal.” * I agree Foster further admits and acknowledges that s/he is NOT an agent of Bamm-Bamm's BFF Rescue and is not able to make any decisions on behalf of or which would bind Bamm-Bamm's BFF Rescue. * I agree Foster agrees to allow Bamm-Bamm's BFF Rescue or its agent to remove any Bamm-Bamm's BFF Rescue animal immediately from Foster’s home for any reason or for no reason, which such decision shall be made solely by Bamm-Bamm's BFF Rescue. * I agree Foster understands and agrees that if s/he or anyone in his/her family or household breaches any term of this agreement by failing to meet any requirement or condition identified in this agreement, then Foster shall immediately release possession of any animals Foster is fostering on behalf of Bamm-Bamm's BFF Rescue to Bamm-Bamm's BFF Rescue. * I agree Foster agrees that s/he will not hold Bamm-Bamm's BFF Rescue for any personal or property damage caused by any Bamm-Bamm's BFF Rescue animal fostered by Foster and that Bamm-Bamm's BFF Rescue makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees whatsoever as to the adult size, temperament, characteristic, or health of said animal and hereby disclaims all implied or expressed warranties of fitness or merchantability. * I agree By signing below you agree to the all the terms in this contract and that everything you have stated in this application is truthful. * Please print your name below to sign this contract.
